Dr. George Reynolds
Dr. George Reynolds graduated from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1977 as a Phi Beta Kappa. He is currently employed with TrustCare Heart Clinic in Ridgeland, MS, and specializes in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine. He is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and ABIM- Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Reynolds is also affiliated with the American College of Cardiology, American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. He currently has privileges Baptist, Merit River Oaks and Rankin, as well as, St. Dominic Hospitals.
Kate Totty, NP
Kate Totty believes prevention is paramount in caring for her cardiac patients and aims to deliver the highest level of care. A native Mississippian, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2004 and began her nursing career in the Intensive Care Unit. After discovering a passion for cardiology, Kate transferred into the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Following a two-year stint in research at University Hospital in Christchurch, New Zealand, Kate returned home to Mississippi to further her studies and earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2013. After being the sole Cardiac Nurse Practitioner for a local non-profit hospital, Kate decided to move into a clinic setting and started with TrustCare Heart in 2016 alongside George Reynolds. Kate is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is an active member of the local chapter of American Heart Association.
